Keep overall body temp warm if you have sleeveless wetsuit.
Very good. I wear wetsuit pants and a wetsuit tank top tucked under it. I lose a lot of heat from my arms. These keep my overall body temp warm.

This is a great product
Used it for the first time on a 1.2mi swim. It fit and felt great! I would recommend this sleeve to anyone doing open water swim.
